When is my rent due?
Your rent is always due on the first of each month. If rent is received after the 10th of the month, a late fee will be assessed. If rent has not been received before the 25th of each month, another late fee will be assessed.
Do I just need to remove my lock when I move out?
No. You must go to the office, and notify us of your intended move out date. You must give 30-day notice. Make sure you notify the office staff when you have vacated the unit. If this procedure is not followed, you will be held responsible for the rent thereafter accrued and/or forfeit your security deposit.
Do you mail statements, or provide automatic billing on a credit card?
We do mail monthly statements if your acount becomes 30 days past due. Automatic credit card billing is also provided for monthly rental fees.
Do you provide a lock?
No. You must provide your own. We do offer locks for purchase at our office, if needed.
What kind of security does By the Mall Storage offer?
By the Mall Storage features a cutting-edge digital video surveillance that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Most units are also individually alarmed. We also have gated keypad access to our well-lit and fenced facility.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. There is a refundable security deposit that ranges from $25 to $60, depending on the unit desired.
